- Go to dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens (sign in, or create a free account first if you don't have one).
- Click Create Token.
- Under templates, choose Read all resources — this connection only checks your account for now, it doesn't change anything.
- Click Continue to summary, then Create Token.
- Copy the token shown on the next page — it's only shown once, so don't navigate away first.
- Come back to this page, paste it into the box above, and click Connect.
Your Harness
Connect Your Local Claude Code
Connect your own Claude Code to Yavros's hosted governance and Work Item system directly — no local files, no folder to download. Claude runs the same way it always has, guided live by what's here instead of files on your disk.
Save this now — it won't be shown again. Regenerating replaces it and disconnects any harness still using the old key.
"Claude Code" is a separate program from the Claude app or claude.ai — it's a command-line tool. No files to create, no folder to find. Open a terminal (Terminal, PowerShell, or Command Prompt — not a browser or the Claude chat app, any folder is fine) and paste this one command:
That's it — open Claude Code in any folder afterward and it's connected.
Step by step
- Click Copy on the command above.
- Open a terminal application — on Windows, search for "PowerShell" or "Command Prompt" in the Start menu; on Mac, open "Terminal" from Applications → Utilities.
- Paste the command (right-click, or Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) and press Enter.
- Once that finishes, type
claudeand press Enter to start Claude Code. (If you see "command not found," Claude Code itself isn't installed yet — that's a separate one-time install, see code.claude.com.) - The first time, it asks if you trust the folder you're in. Use the down arrow key to move to "Yes, I trust this folder", then press Enter. (Pressing Enter immediately picks "No, exit" by default.)
- Once you see a
>prompt, type/mcpand press Enter — you should see yavros · connected in the list. That confirms it worked. - Try asking it something like "what work items do you see?"
