Your business.
A framework that stays with you.
The governed AI operating system Albee Holdings uses in its own ventures, available to license for your business.
Explore licensing ↓Yavros isn't something built to sell as an off-the-shelf tool. It's the standing infrastructure Albee Holdings uses to run its own ventures — and it's licensed directly, on terms structured around where your business actually is today.
The same infrastructure, not a stripped-down version
Persistent institutional memory
Decisions, relationships, and context carry across sessions instead of resetting every time.
Cross-referenced records
Findings and decisions are captured as structured records later sessions actively check against.
Work that’s checked before it’s done
Every task has written acceptance criteria, and nothing is marked complete until it’s verified against them.
Claude Code, plus one connection — nothing to host yourself
Claude Code still runs on your own machine — that part hasn't changed. What's different: there's no repository to create and no folder on your disk holding the system's rules. Governance content and your Work Item history are served live from infrastructure we operate — an isolated, per-account store on Cloudflare, encrypted in transit and at rest, built on a platform that holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and other industry-standard certifications. (Those certifications describe the underlying infrastructure; Yavros itself hasn't undergone a separate audit.) Your account is isolated from every other licensee's — nothing you connect to reaches anyone else's records, and nothing of theirs reaches yours. Here's exactly what to set up before your first session, and how.
Claude Code, from Anthropic
Yavros operates through Claude Code running directly on your machine — this is the core of the system, not optional tooling.
- Create an account and set up billing at claude.ai.
- Install Claude Code — Mac, Linux, or WSL:
curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash
Windows (PowerShell):irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iex - Confirm it worked:
claude --version
Connect your harness
No repository, no folder, nothing to install beyond Claude Code itself. Once your account is provisioned, you generate a connection key from your dashboard and paste one command into a terminal — Claude Code picks up the connection automatically from any folder afterward.
- We provision your account after your first conversation with us.
- Log in, open Profile, and click Generate Connection Key.
- Paste the one command it gives you into a terminal — that's the entire setup.
Cloudflare — only if you want deployed web infrastructure
Anything Yavros builds and hosts for you — a site, a dashboard, an internal tool — deploys into your own Cloudflare account. Skip this step entirely if you only need Yavros for internal work, not a live website.
- Create a free account at cloudflare.com.
- Install the deploy tool (needs Node.js):
npm install -g wrangler - Authenticate it to your account:
wrangler login
Claude Code itself runs fine on Windows 10. Cloudflare's own deploy tool (Wrangler, step 3 above) specifically requires Windows 11 — worth knowing if you're on an older machine and planning to have Yavros deploy something for you.
Once these are in place, tell us and we'll walk through your first session together.
Terms scale with where your business is today
There's no off-the-shelf market rate for this category — so instead of forcing every licensee into the same pricing, terms are structured around where your business actually is: equity for pre-revenue, revenue-share for small business, and published, scope-based tiers (with current beta pricing) from roughly $5M–$100M in revenue. Enterprise is scoped individually.
Nonprofit organizations
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits are billed at a flat 50% of the standard rate for their tier — no exceptions, no application review. Full detail on the pricing page.
What licensing actually includes
A license grants use of the core system — not a live connection into how Albee Holdings runs its own business, and not a claim on yours. Ownership of the system stays with Albee Holdings; your business data and confidential information stay yours, always. The full terms are documented in the standard Yavros License & Learning-Contribution Agreement — worth reading before a conversation, not after.
Request a conversation.
Tell us where your business is today and what you're trying to solve. We'll work out the right tier and terms together.
